Absolutely Incredible Experience Cannot Recommend Naqwa Gaming Enough! I recently bought a PS Vita Slim from Naqwa Gaming, and honestly, the customer service from start to finish was hands-down some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Shipping a console over to the UK can sometimes be a bit nerve-wracking, but the communication and support were absolutely top-tier from the moment I hit order. They kept me updated every single step of the way. Even when FedEx ran into a few hiccups and the package got hit with some random customs checks, I didn’t sweat it for a second. Why? Because their WhatsApp support was on top of it the entire time, keeping me completely in the loop and giving me total peace of mind. The console arrived safely, looks amazing, and works flawlessly. If you're on the fence about ordering from them, don't be. Naqwa Gaming is the real deal, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The customer service was really good. And getting vita didn’t take a lot of time. But to be honest ps vita slim is in good used condition, it just needed a quick wipe, and the charging port requires a bit of precision when you are putting charging cable into.
